These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the UFFICIOTECNICO website.

Products
UFFICIOTECNICO develops and sells objects designed and made in Italy.
Product descriptions, materials, dimensions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
Slight variations may occur between individual objects and between photographs and the physical product.
0001 Incense Holder is made from untreated aluminium.
Fingerprints, oxidation, water marks, scratches and gradual changes to the surface may occur through handling, use and ageing.
These are characteristics of the untreated material and are not, by themselves, defects.
Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are estimated on the website and confirmed before payment.
Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
Placing an item in the Bag does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact the customer and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable item.
Orders & Payment
The purchase request form sends the selected products, quantities, delivery country and email address to UFFICIOTECNICO. Submitting a request does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment.
We reply by email to confirm availability, the final total including shipping, and the available payment arrangements before the customer decides whether to proceed.
UFFICIOTECNICO does not receive or store full payment-card credentials.
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully completed and written order confirmation has been issued.
We may cancel an order in the event of an evident pricing or technical error, unavailable stock, incomplete or invalid delivery information, suspected fraud or failure of payment.
Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Shipping
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
No reason for withdrawal is required.

Unless the return concerns a defective, damaged or incorrect item, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Refunds
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, payments received for the returned goods will be reimbursed together with the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, where required by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Damage or surface changes resulting from normal wear, ageing, misuse or care contrary to the provided instructions are distinct from manufacturing or conformity defects.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, texts, photographs, graphics, product designs and other content published on the website are owned by or licensed to UFFICIOTECNICO.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through the website are governed by Italian law.
Where the customer acts as a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory protections granted by the law that would otherwise apply.
Mandatory rules concerning competent consumer courts remain unaffected.
Changes
The Terms applicable to an order are those in force when that order is placed.
We may update these Terms for future orders from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page and may be made without prior notice, except where notice is required by law.
